NSTAR Ranks 4151 on Inc. 5000 List of Nation’s Fastest Growing Companies
Inc. magazine has announced its 27th annual Inc. 5000 list, ranking America’s fastest growing private companies. NSTAR Global Services has ranked as 4151 overall, with a four-year sales growth of 67.3%. NSTAR also ranked 40th among Human Resources companies, 29th in the Triangle, and 86th within the state of North Carolina. Click here to view Inc. 5000 2008 company profile.
Founded in 2003, NSTAR Global Services is a staffing firm for temporary, contract, and permanent positions primarily focused on equipment manufacturers and the electronics and mechanical fields.
President Randy Nelson cites the company’s growth in the semiconductor industry overseas and the solar industry, both of which have received increasing attention to new technological and ecological advances.
“We have to get people who buy into the vision of the company and then invest in them,” Nelson says of his own staff. “You have to find people with a passion and then the rest of it can be taught.”
