IDT Acquires Tundra Semiconductor
Integrated Device Technology, a provider of mixed signal semiconductor solutions, has completed the acquisition of all of the shares of Tundra Semiconductor for aggregate cash consideration of approximately C$120.8 million.
The Tundra acquisition is expected to strengthen the Integrated Device Technology (IDT) product portfolio of serial switching and bridging using PCI Express, RapidIO and VME interconnect standards.
