Samsung Rolls Out New High Density Memory Chip
Samsung’s semiconductor division has started manufacturing high density workstation and laptop memory modules. Dell will be one of their first customers that will use the new workstation and laptop memory modules on its Precision M6500 workstations, which will have 32 GB of 40nm DDR3 modules, or four 8GB SODIMMs.
