LG Electronics and GCT Semiconductor form Partnership
GCT Semiconductor, a supplier of 4G solutions to the global market, recently announced that it has formed a partnership with LG Electronics. Together they developed a highly integrated monolithic LTE single-chip that will enable LG’s new smartphone. The new smartphone from LG is called “Revolution by LG” and was recently launched by Verizon Wireless. By combining GTC and LG’s advanced 4G expertise, the most cutting-edge smartphone currently available on the market has been developed.
